This bewildering science speech by Neil deGrasse Tyson explains why science is ingrained in our DNA. He explains that it is a part of us since we are children and is inherently human.
Neil begins by describing how as children we are curious and want to learn as much as we can. This progresses into how we are as adults and are ability to do so is better than any other being on the planet. He defines this process as science. Scientist achieve the exact same things with experiments. They are curious about something and so they conduct an experiment in order to find out more.
He further establishes in his science speech that science is established by the universe. The laws are already there, we just need to find them.
