This John Bohannon Keynote Reveals the Folly of Bad Powerpoints
Andrew Robertson — April 26, 2012 — Keynote Trends
Using dancers rather than a power point presentation, this John Bohannon keynote reveals the folly behind adhering to un-engaging and mundane forms of presenting one's idea. The biologist and journalist begins his presentation with a brief discussion over the lights within the room, the use of lasers, superfluids and a variety of other complex scientific phenomena. Despite the lack of a large monitor displaying a concise representation of what is being said, John Bohannon's speech is surprisingly coherent and understandable due to the use of interpretive dancers accompanying his speech.

This is just one of many new ways in which various faculties are turning to the creative arts for inspiration and stimulus.
