He is an Independent Management Consulting Professional who works with clients such as Microsoft, DuPont and Nike.
Gelb graduated from Clark University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Philosophy, and in 1978 he achieved his Master’s degree in Psycho-Physical Re-Education.
Gelb is the author of twelve books, including his 1998 international bestselling book titled, ‘How to Think Like Leonardo Da Vinci: Seven Steps to Genius Every Day.’ In 2007 he co-authored ‘Innovate Like Edison: The Five Step System for Breakthrough Business Success’with Sarah Miller Caldicott, who happens to be Thomas Edison’s great grand niece.
He received several awards for his outstanding work, including the Brain Trust Charity’s ‘Brain of the Year’ award in 1999, and in 2003 he was recognized with the Batten Fellowship award by the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business.
