George Kohlrieser

George Kohlrieser is a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior, which makes him an excellent speaker on the topic of leadership. Kohlrieser teaches at The International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland. He is also the author of a book entitled 'Hostage at the Table: How Leaders Can Overcome Conflict, Influence Others and Raise Performance.'

Kohlrieser was previously a psychologist and hostage negotiator. He currently sits on the board of the Neuroleadership Institute. Kohlrieser studies the connection between neuroscience, leadership and teamwork (among other things).

Kohlrieser is also a motivational speaker who has appeared on networks such as the BBC, CNN, CBS and ABC. He's been featured and mentioned in publications such as The Wall Street Journal and The Economist.
