The workplace is a continuous battle that needs to be fought everyday, and great leaders are able to instill this into their employees. With a poor economy and competitors trying to metaphorically take the food from your plate, you can never let up. Success is not an entitlement and you have to earn it each and every day. By teaching this to one's employees, not only will they find their own success, but also success for the company.
