Graduating from Harvard University, Andersen delved right into the world of journalism, serving many positions as Editor in Chief, Editor at Large and Writer/Columnist at The New York Times, Time Magazine and The New Yorker, respectively. He even co-founded two publications: Spy Magazine and Inside.com.

Diversifying into other streams of media, Andersen currently immerses himself in American culture as a screenwriter with HBO, Disney and Warner Bros, an author with Random House, a radio host at Public Radio International and a creative consultant at Houdini Musical.
