John Hunter

Teacher John Hunter gives keynotes about his world peace game and the impressive problem solving skills possessed by children. Aside from being a teacher, Hunter is also a musician, game designer and film maker. In school, John studied comparative religions and philosophy.

Hunter is the creator of an educational game focused on creating world peace. He plays this game with his fourth grade students, teaching them about serious and complex world issues in the process. This game challenges children and pushes them to get creative with their problem solving. It also nurtures compassion in children, as war and violence are not a part of the game.
