The speaker is currently employed as Vikram S Pandit Professor of Business and Management at Columbia Business School and is also the Chair of Management Division at the academic institution. He is the co-author (along with Maurice Schweitzer) of 'Friend and Foe: When to Cooperate, When to Compete and How to Succeed at Both.' He has also published almost 200 scientific articles.
He has previous experience teaching at David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.
