The generational gaps must be fully understood for better communication within the work force. There are several means in which generations can repair the bridge separating them from working efficiently together. As stated in his recent book, 'The M-Factor: How the Millennial Generation Is Rocking the Workplace,' the most challenging difference is the workaholic attitude of the Baby Boomers. Younger generation consider a balanced lifestyle of more importance. If not considered in a knowledgable light, these two characteristics have to potential to clash. However, if they are fully understood, multi-generational teams may simply work around them.
