Civic Participation as Solution

Jonathan Greenblatt is the White House’s new head of Social Innovation and Civic Participation, a recently created role that aims to approach social problem solving that involves a hybrid of business and philanthropy. Before beginning at the White House, Jonathan Greenblatt was known for his work as a social entrepreneur, co-founding Ethos Water, which was purchased by Starbucks in 2005, and has also served as an advisor to the United Nations.
