Motivated by his goals to develop a generation of social entrepreneurs, Mark Corbett discusses the tactics and struggles in social change. A large percentage of students accept the state of the world and the slew of problems that are constantly bombarding television and broadcasted news.
He argues that universities should be better viewed as a revolution breeding ground. Students have the ambition and energy to make a true difference. Nowhere else in society do students congregate in such large numbers and so frequently as they do at universities and college. Corbett sees great potential in this and hopes to spread his message to thousands of students around the world who he believes are truly capable of creating something great. It is crucial that students, in such large groups, be exposed to the truths of the world today.
