This behavioral keynote by Colin Camerer discusses the intricate workings of the brain when it comes to anticipating other people's actions and responses. Camerer examines the behavioral aspects behind people's decisions during competitive or cooperative situations with other people.
With the variety of game theory charts cleverly made to predict and anticipate other people's behavior and performances, you would assume that we have everything we need to know about what other people are thinking. Camerer's behavioral keynote however, clearly points out that we may not know as much as we think we do. By showcasing the amazing cognitive capabilities of chimpanzees, and their ability to perform multiple memory and computer challenges and tasks, Camerer is able to demonstrate that chimpanzees in fact have a superior behavioral capacity compared to that of humans.
