The Zack Kanter talk describes the cognitive biases people have that prevent them from predicting the future correctly. Based in Boulder, the entrepreneur, futurist and writer currently works as the CEO of Proforged. The speaker has launched several other startups as well.

Zack Kanter writes a personal blog where he discusses topics such as personal development, relationships and business. He speaks about these topics too. In addition to being an amateur chef, he is also interested in "the accelerating pace of innovation" and the reactions people have to the future. This is discussed at length in the Zack Kanter talk. The futurist keynote also references a paper that was widely read and received some criticism.
