Vic Gundotra

The Vivek "Vic" Gundotra keynotes showcase the advancements in Google's social media platform.

Prior to being the Senior Vice President of Engineering for Google he was the Senior Vice-President of Social Business of Google. Gundotra was also the General Manager of Platform Evangelism at Microsoft back in 1991. As the Vice President of Engineering for Google's mobile applications, he develops applications for OpenSocial, Google Gadgets, Google Gears, and more than 40 product APIs Google exposes. Gundotra's work on social media applications has made him to be known as Google's Social Czar. Gundotra is known to be person responsible for Google's social media platform, Google+.

Gundotra received a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering at the Indian Institute Of Technology in 1990.
