Toss Rose's speeches focus on improving the quality of the current education system. Rose co-founded Project Variability, an organization that seeks to dispel "the myth of average" that the system is built upon in favor of a more individualized approach. The project aims to integrate this individual science into all aspects of the education system and workforce to increase growth and opportunity. Rose currently serves as the organizations president. He also remains on the faculty at Harvard Graduate School of Education in the field of Educational Neuroscience.
Rose is also the author of 'Square Peg: My Story and What It Means for Raising Innovators, Visionaries, and Out-of-the-Box Thinkers,' a book that explains Rose's amazing transformation from high-school drop out to Harvard Graduate School Professor.
