Terry Lundgren

After graduating from the University of Arizona in 1974 and earning his B.A., he began almost immediately working for Federated Merchandising Group where he eventually became the Chairman and CEO in 1994, a position he occupied until 1997. Three years later, he joined Federated Department Stores (the formal name of Macy's).

His work in retail has been awarded and recognized many times. In 2008, he earned the Gold Medal Award from the National Retail Federation.
