Sylvia Ann Hewlett

Currently, she serves as a co-director of Columbia Business School's Women's Leadership Program. She has authored 11 of her own books, including 'When the Bough Breaks,' winner of the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Book award and 'Executive Presence.'
