Susan Rice's keynotes are a reflection of her deep understanding of current international relations. She has previously been on staff for the National Security Council and Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs under President Clinton. A graduate of Stanford University in 1986, where she received the Truman Scholarship and a B.A in History, Rice went on to achieve the Rhodes Scholarship at New College, Oxford and graduated with a Master's of Philosophy in 1988 and a Doctors in Philosophy in 1990.
As one of the most respected political figures in the American system by all sides of the political spectrum, Rice has been a key figure in promoting peace.
