Rita McGrath

The Rita McGrath keynotes usually offer strategic business knowledge. She is considered a top business guru and is often ranked among the world's elite business minds. She is largely known for developing the business strategy called discovery driven planning which treats innovation as if it were research and encourages failure. Rita has also co-authored three books with Ian MacMillan.

Rita earned a Ph.D. at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of Public Administration from Columbia University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Barnard College.

The Rita McGrath keynotes are given alongside her profession as an Associate Professor of Management at Columbia Business School. There she is also the faculty director for an Executive Education program called Leading Strategic Growth and Change.
