Rainer Strack

The speaker has over 30 years of experience in consulting and currently works as a senior partner and managing director at BCG's Dusseldorf office. He leads People and Organization in Europe and co-leads People Advantage globally.

A BCG Fellow since 2008, Strack originally joined the company in 1994. As mentioned in the Rainer Strack talk, from 1996 to 1998 he worked at BCG's Boston office. The speaker received the Erich Gutenberg Aware in 2001 for both developing and implementing new HR and customer control practices. Named one of Personnel's Top 40 leading minds in human resources in 2007 and 2009, he has two Masters and a PhD in addition to an honorary degree.
