Owen Chapman received his master's in philosophy at Queen's University, and his PhD in communications at Concordia University. He is an audio artist and assistant professor at Concordia University in the Department of Communication Studies, and has had various works commissioned internationally. Currently he is working on numerous projects including 'Audio-Mobile,' which looks at the future of mobile media devices for audio field recording.
