Nina Godiwalla

As she does in her bestselling book, 'Suits: A Woman on Wallstreet,' Nina Godiwalla's speeches explore business from a personal perspective. While many authors and pundits opine on how people affect business, Godiwalla examines how business affects people.

Godiwalla is the CEO of MindWorks, a company that provides stress management training to professional organizations and corporations. Her experience with stress in the workplace is not hypothetical though. Prior to creating MindWorks, she spent years working for various Fortune 500 companies, including as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Nina Godiwalla's speeches and writing draw on this experience, articulating the perspective of a woman and a minority inside some of the world's most powerful companies yet overshadowed by glass ceilings. Her work has been featured in a number of publications including The Wall Street Journal and Houston Chronicle. She currently writes for Wharton Magazine.

In terms of formal education, Godiwalla has an impressive background. She has a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and MBA from the Wharton School of business as well as an MA in Creative Writing from Dartmouth.
