Mitt Romney

Romney was enrolled at Cranbrook School in Michigan before receiving an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. He then went to Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School, receiving a law degree and a master's degree in Business Administration. Naturally, this led to a career in business as a consultant for Bain & Company. In 1984, he founded his own investment firm Bain Capital.

It wasn't until 1999 when he made the jump into politics. He became the president of the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. In 2003, he was elected governor of Massachusetts. In 2008, he lost the Republican nomination to John McCain, but won in 2012. He lost the presidential election to incumbent Barack Obama.
