Lisa Cooper

The Lisa Cooper speeches describe how she became a passionate advocate for diversity and how she built her company on this concept with the help of her network. The speaker has 30 years of experience in the private sector, previously holding a variety of top level management positions at International Playtex, Alcatel Telecom and Thales Communications. From there Cooper moved to the public sector in 2006 with the Norwegian Directorate for Integration and Diversity. She was in charge of implementing integration programs in Norway. In 2008, Cooper established the Leadership Foundation where she currently acts as the managing director.
