His talent on the comedy circuit has caused Breel to surge, becoming one of the most successful young acts in Canadian history. In terms of writing, Breel is currently penning his first book for Random House. However, he has contributed to publications such as The Huffington Post and CNN in the past.
As a mental health advocate, Breel has appeared on the likes of CBC, CTV, MTV and the Today Show. He was invited to speak at the Ted Conference, where he did a speech titled 'Confessions of a Depressed Comic.' After being posted online, the video immediately went viral, now touting over two million views. Currently, Breel is devoting himself to an international speaking tour that will take him to 15 states and three provinces over the course of a year.
