Kerry Goyette

The Kerry Goyette talk explores factors of success and motivating employees. The consultant currently works as the Founder and President of corporate consulting firm Aperio Consulting Group. There, she helps clients internationally to maximize performance with scientific strategies to build teams (a subject she expands more upon in the Kerry Goyette talk).

An expert in motivation, the speaker has previous experience as a private practice therapist and medical industry executive. She is a certified forensic interviewer and is considered an expert witness by the American Prosecutors Research Institute. She was educated at the University of Missouri-Columbia, earning both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees there. She also studied neuroscience and psychometrics at the post-graduate level.
