The Justin Trudeau speeches on Aboriginal issues in Canada shone a light on the deplorable conditions many First Nations people face. The leader of the Liberal Party of Canada spoke at We Day prior to his nomination as the federal party leader, and encouraged youth to take action at home.

In his time at parliament he served as a critic for Youth and Multiculturalism, Citizenship and Immigration, Post Secondary Education and Youth and Amateur Sport.

The son of former Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, Justin is posed to follow in his father's footsteps. He has used this national level fame to bring attention to causes such as avalanche awareness, environmental conservation and Canadian participation in resolving the Darfur crisis.
