Joe Jimenez

The Joseph Jimenez team-strengthening keynotes highlight the importance of communication within the workplace. He believes that a strong group of employees that communicate and express themselves with each other is the foundation for a solid and hardworking team.

Jimenez is in charge of leading the team at Novartis pharmaceuticals in innovation towards generic, diagnostics, OTC and animal healthcare. He was responsible for launching products and realigning the approach to adhere to the specific needs of consumers. Before joining Novartis he was an advisor for Blackstone Group, a private equity organization in the United States.

Jimenez graduated from Stanford University with a bachelor's degree; he then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from the University of California and Berkeley.
