Jeff Davidson

Jeff Davidson's keynotes are dynamic, engaging and transformational. After obtaining a BA and a MBA from the University of Connecticut, Davidson embarked on an incredibly successful writing and speaking career.

Davidson founded the Breathing Space Institute in 1995. Originally located in Chapel hill, the organization relocated to Raleigh, NC in 2008. Breathing Space offers books, speeches and seminars that assist businesses and individuals in time and life management.

In terms of his speaking career, Davidson has traveled to over 45 states and 44 countries to present groundbreaking lectures. His speaking topics focus on time management, stress relief and regulating an effective work-life balance.

To date, Davidson has written over 65 books and 3,000 magazine articles. His books, including his concept book 'Breathing Space,' have been translated into up to as many as 19 different languages. Davidson has been featured in publications such as USA Today, the New York Times, the Washington Post and the Chicago Tribune.
