Llopis graduated from UCLA in 1989 and jumped straight into the role of Senior Manager at Sunkist Growers the next year. There, he remained for seven years. At only 30-years-old he became the Vice President of Norway Seafood Co. After a shorter term with the large organization, he founded and became CEO of the Center for Hispanic Leadership. He became Chair of the Glenn Llopis Group Inc. two years later. He currently holds both CEO and Chair positions.
Showing his support for encouraging innovation in youth, he serves as a mentor for Junior Achievement. One of the other boards he sits on is the Marshall School of BUsiness at the University of Southern California.
Llopis authored three books including 'Earning Serendipity: 4 Skills for Creating' and 'Sustaining Good Fortune in Your Work.' All of his books delve into the issues of business leadership.
