At IBM, he has been honored with numerous technical awards. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Electrical Engineering at Columbia University, focusing on teaching emerging nanoelectric devices. The speaker is the co-author of more than 40 journal publications and 30 patents. He was educated at Columbia University as well, earning his PhD in Chemistry.
