An expert on both leadership and change, Bradt believes that in order to truly be able to accept change individuals need to become accustomed to experiencing feelings of discomfort that are often caused by change.
Currently a speaker and executive coach on adapting and change, Bradt delivers countless presentations that discuss the importance of embracing unknown situations, scenarios and opportunities. As an author, Bradt is probably most well-known for his inspirational book 'The Ring in the Rubble.'
In terms of his education, Bradt earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Pittburgh and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann University and Hospital, where Hahnemann honored Bradt with the 'Excellence in Professional Psychology' award.
