Dieter Zetsche

Zetsche obtained his engineering degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany. From there, he continued on to attend the University of Paderborn to achieve his doctorate in engineering. Dieter then moved on to work for Daimler and Chrysler before coming to Mercedes-Benz. His time at the luxury German auto brand has been credited to helping the company revamp its customer service and overall product quality.
