The Chris Eigeland talk on social innovation is on how young entrepreneurs can change the rules to make a bigger difference.
The speaker was educated at Griffith University, graduating in 2013 with a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts. At school, he acted as a University Council member and popularly elected student representative. He gained experience as a legal clerk in the Attorney-General's Department before going on to establish GoCatalyze, where he currently works as Founding Director. He is also the co-founder of The Schoolbag, which he started while still in school and references the work they do in Haiti in the Chris Eigeland talk. He is also the Founding President of Griffith University Volunteering.
