Aydogan Ozcan's keynotes focus on his areas of expertise: science in the 21st century. Having earned his Bachelor of Science from Bilkent Universitesi and his PhD in Philosophy and a Master's of Science from Stanford University, Ozcan is highly educated.
As an award-winning scientist, Ozcan has been the recipient of prestigious honors such as the National Geographic Emerging Explorer Award in 2010 and the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers (PECASE) in 2011.
His career has taken him to teach at Harvard Medical School until 2007 and join the faculty at UCLA as an Associate Professor -- a position he holds today.
