The Adam Grant talk about creativity lists the habits of original thinkers the speaker discovered through his work as an organizational psychologist. The speaker also wrote a New York Times best-selling book on this topic entitled 'Originals: How Non-Conformists Move the World' as well as another bestseller on work and psychology called 'Give and Take.' He currently works as a business professor at Wharton and offers speaking and consulting services.
The highly regarded management thinker earned his PhD in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan and received his B.A. from Harvard University, graduating magna cum laude with highest honors.
In addition to his books, he has published more than 60 articles in management and psychology journals.
