After developing hit television series including 'Cheers,' 'The Cosby Show' and 'The Golden Girls' as the senior and executive president of NBC Entertainment, he was appointed as the brand's President. In this role, he created 'Seinfeld,' 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,' 'Frasier,' 'Friends,' 'Will and Grace' and many others.
