Prior to joining Schwab, Saeger was the Executive Vice President for Visa US and the Senior Vice President at Foote, Cone & Belding.
Currently, Saeger is on the Board of Directors for E*TRADE Financial and the Board of Advisers for Market Share and Turn. With regards to her educational background, Saeger received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Muhlenberg College and her Master's in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Saeger was named as 'Advertising Woman of the Year' by the Advertising Women of New York and by San Francisco Business Times as one of the 'Most Influential Women in Business.'
