Lindred Greer

The Lindred Greer talk is on conflict management. The assistant professor at Stanford University Graduate School of Business specializes in the academic subject of organizational behavior, especially as it relates to conflict, diversity, hierarchy, leadership, power struggles and teams. There, the speaker teaches the MBA program's core Groups and Teams course.

Academic journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes and Science have all featured her research. The speaker is also the Associate Editor of the journal Small Group Research. She is on the editorial boards of many other educational publications as well.

Prior to teaching, she was educated at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania receiving her BS in Economics and at the Netherlands's Leiden University obtaining her PhD in Social and Organizational Psychology.
