Keith Chen's keynotes draw on his research in the fields of Economics, Psychology and Biology. Chen currently serves as an Associate Professor of Economics at the Yale School of Management. He is widely known for his unorthodox approach to research. Chen is championed for his ability to bring seemingly unconnected issues together in rational and scientifically justifiable ways. Chen's work focuses on economic choices and how these are influenced by factors such as language, heritage and culture.
Chen graduated from Stanford University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science. There he achieved honors in Mathematics. In 2003, Chen graduated from Harvard University with a Ph. D. in Economics. He then worked as an Assistant Professor for five years at Yale.
