The keynotes by James Abruzzo consider his work as a writer, educator and management consultant.
Abruzzo is internationally recognized for his work with nonprofit organizations; for the past 30 years, he has been an advisory resource for many philanthropic foundations. He has been an influential part of the Board of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre Foundation for 16 of those years. Moreover, he concurrently serves as the both the Vice President and Managing Director for the Nonprofit Practice of DHR International.
Abruzzo also founded the Institute for Ethical Leadership at Rutgers Business School. Beyond being a part of the RBS faculty, he serves for the Department of Economics at the University of Bologna. He is also frequently invited to lecture at Berlin's Freie Universität. In terms of publication, Abruzzo authored a book titled 'Jobs in Arts and Media Management.'
