The Isabel Allende talks on aging discuss how to live with passion no matter what your age is. Born in Chile, the author published her first book ('The House of the Spirits') in 1982. She has since written almost 20 books including Of Love and Shadows, Stories of Eva Luna and Zorro. All of her books were written in Spanish and have been translated in more than 35 languages, selling over 65 million copies around the world.
In addition to being an award-winning writer, the speaker is also an advocate of human rights. In 1993 after the death of her daughter she established a women's and children's charity. The speaker currently resides in California.
