Deans achieved a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University and also completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
In 2002, Dean’s co-authored award-winning book titled ‘Winning The Merger Endgame,’ which was published by McGraw-Hill, and in 2004 he authored the book ‘STRETCH! How Great Companies Grow in Good Times and Bad.’
