Speaker Deborah Rhodes is a doctor who specializes in breast cancer risk management. Rhodes studies breast imaging devices, specifically molecular breast imaging.
Rhodes has a BA in History and Literature from Harvard college. She also did an Internal Medicine Internship at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. She received her master's degree from Cornell University Medical College. She completed a residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital for Internal Medicine. She also did a fellowship at that same hospital, called the 'Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program.'
Aside from her work with the Mayo Clinic, her areas of study include diabetes, metabolism, nutrition and other women's cancers.
