The teenager is a high school student at Upper Arlington High School and suffered from a Grade Three concussion and a Traumatic Brain Injury in 2010. Despite the tremendous adversity she had to overcome to cope with her brain injury, the young achiever sought out Flying Horse Farms, a camp in Mt.Gilead, Ohio that is a haven for children with serious illnesses, to help her overcome her challenges.
