Caroline Casey

The Caroline Casey keynotes focus on changing the way society and individuals perceive those with disabilities. In particular, Casey examines her own hardships being legally blind, but not letting them act as boundaries or limits to achieve her goals.

Currently, Casey is the Founder and CEO of Kanchi, a non-profit organization that aims to change preconceived notions and mindset about those with disabilities. Prior to this position, Casey started 'O2 Ability Awards' as a means of recognizing Irish businesses involvement and inclusion of disabled individuals.

Due to her work with disabled community, Casey received international praise and attention. She rode 1,000 miles across India on an elephant to raise funds and awareness for NGO 'Sights Savers.'
