Andrew Coyne's keynotes focus on the political realm of Canada. As a political columnist with the National Post, a former columnist for the Globe and Mail and the former National Editor of Maclean's Magazine, Coyne has been top of the game in Canadian journalism.
After graduating from the University of Toronto's Trinity College with a BA in Economics and History, Coyne attended the London School of Economics for his Master's degree in Economics. His past publications that he has been associated with include the Financial Post from 1985 to 1991, the Globe and Mail until 1996, where he eared two National Newspaper Awards for editorial writing, the National Post and Maclean's Magazine. He also held a seat on the 'At Issue' panel on CBC television. He was on board when the National Post was launched as a successor from the Financial Post.
