In school people are constantly faced with anxiety, competition, nervousness, etc. Many times individuals will listen to the voice inside their head that says "you can't do it," "you will fail," or "someone else will do better than you." The determining factor between living in the world of a downward spiral versus the world of possibilities is based upon someone's reflection of attitudes rather than a statement of circumstances.
Rather than living in a world of fixed realities (downward spiral), Benjamin Zander encourages people to live in a world of abundance. Have conversations about possibility and stop placing limitations on your own expressive talents.
