Sir Ken Robinson discusses his book and the idea of finding one's element in this work fulfillment speech. Robinson talks about how he's met people who love their jobs and don't want to do anything else. However, he's also met many people who are dissatisfied with their jobs and simply work to pay the bills.
Robinson talks about the importance of finding one's personal talents, strengths and passions. Once someone has discovered what it is that they care about it can be easier to figure out what kind of a job would be best suited to them. Working is such a big part of life, so it only makes sense for people to pursue careers that will fulfill their needs both in terms of wage and stimulation.
Robinson says that human talents are buried within people and that pursuing new opportunities can bring them out.
