The speech about leadership explains three different styles: transactional, situational and transformational. While transaction-based leadership is the most straightforward, situational leadership is based on the task at hand as well as the maturity of the individual, where as transformation leadership focuses on the person being led, transforming the individual and motivating him or her to follow.
